After completing your New Client Form we will have our first session together to go over your unique Wellness Plan. We will meet virtually bi-weekly to over Nutrition concepts around inflammation, Books that can provide helpful perspectives and Meditation and breath work techniques to assist with stress management. After each session I will send a follow up email with helpful resources and tips for you.
